Report: More and More Businesses Turning to Cheap VoIP Services

By Calvin Azuri TMCnet Contributing Editor June 19, 2008
The WhichVoIP.com business VoIP Web site is reporting a growth rate of 40 percent in month-over-month business VoIP quote requests since it launched a free quote request tool a few months ago, company officials say.

The business VoIP Web site is designed to offer telecom cost savings to users. The site can be navigated and a request form completed within less than two minutes, company officials say. The business section of the Web site covers multiple VoIP case studies, they say.

Some businesses have reduced phone expenses by approximately 80 percent a year as a result of switching to a VoIP service, according to the company. The corporate Web site outlines case studies for businesses of different sizes with different needs.

“The performance of our quote tool has far surpassed our initial volume targets and we are pleased to see that this number is continuing to rise, while at the same time remaining in line with our customer and partner satisfaction goals,” said a WhichVoIP spokesperson, who apparently remained anonymous. “More and more businesses are considering switching to business VoIP phone service and the WhichVoIP.com site is a great place to start researching the best VoIP options. Realtors, accountants, lawyers and insurance agencies to name but a few, are, in some cases, giving up their office space and moving to a remote home office environment where effective communication is achieved through the use of VoIP. This is just one of many interesting trends being driven by the availability of different VoIP solutions and typically results in massive cost savings for each company.”

The WhichVoIP.com business VoIP site is designed to offer information about business telephone services, the way in which VoIP technology works, the benefits of VoIP, business VoIP reviews, business VoIP provider profiles, and business VoIP FAQ, among other things. The various types of broadband data services currently available are also discussed and explained in detail, according to the company.

Headquartered in Seattle, WhichVoip.com comprises VoIP and telecommunications experts who help consumers and businesses understand VoIP and choose the best VoIP service plan and provider available, according to the company.
